you cannot go wrong with peets. Even if they mess up? which rarely happens. they rectify instantly. In a way that leaves me happy when I leave.
Their staff is funny, engaging helpful. great stories. I appreciate every visit

Didn't call my name or have the cup facing outward for my mobile order. Just sat the bag down behind the counter and walked away. 2nd time this has happen to me at this location. Coffee is great customer service needs work!
