My absolute favorite restaurant on the upper east side!!! The ramen is always SO flavorful and delicious, and the bubble teas are refreshing! My go tos are the Tonkotsu Chashu or Chicken Katsu Ramen with the yellow noodles!

We've been coming to Pengs for quite a while now and they are one of our favorite places to eat. The quality of their food is great, very consistent and they do a great job with the to go orders. We always get the Tonkatsu Chashu Pork Ramen, Chicken Fried Noodles, their Shao Bing With Lean Pork is fantastic! You can't go wrong
