• 2/16/24The last order was bad. Im not sure what happened but I have ordered probably 50x from Penn Station and i absolutely love their subs. The soft white bread, fresh ingredients and vegetables. I can say without a doubt, they are the absolute best in the business of subs. And their choco chip cookies, lol best ive ever had.

• 7/10/23Sandwich ok fries cup not full looks like leftover fry crumbs from the basket.. Customer Service bad today . The kid with the bad Afro should have on a hairnet if he is to being going from the register to handling food/ buns .. Learn how to acknowledge customers and if their order is not ready tell them don't just walk away.

• 5/1/23My Cheesesteak never comes with mushrooms like it's supposed to. There isn't a menu option to select it and the store doesn't allow notes. Other than that, my food tasted great and their cookies are my favorite. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is always soft and delicious.
My food was a 5 star but the menu on this app is lacking so I had to dock a star.

• 1/24/24Not great. Chicken Teriyaki Salad was lettuce ,slivers of cheese and small chicken pieces with 4 slices of tomatoes that were not ripe. Sandwiches had hard bread..light on meat - will probably not order again. Also received a sub for Amanda and she probably got my salad. Door Dash re delivered the disappointing salad. I gave the wronf sub to the front desk of my hotel as it was onions and mushrooms, driver would not ta
ke it back. sorry Amanda whoever you are.
