The Chicken Wonton in Famous Szechuan Sauce红油抄手 are good with the spicy sauce. Didn't need the chili sauce I grabbed or the mustard. The heat balance was great!
I also got the Chow Mein 炒面 combo style and the sauce was great and there was a lot of meat!

Chicken Chow Rice Noodle had broccoli, onions, and very large chunks of chicken in it. Good size for the price.

I recommend pretty much everything on the menu at Peony. You can't really go wrong. our favorites are the Black Pepper Beef Steak, the Orange Chicken, and the Crispy Green Bean w.Black Bean Sauce. Very high quality. Really yummy!!!

The crispy green Crispy Green Bean w.Black Bean Sauce are good but that is the only item I can recommend. I've tried the Garlic Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Chow Mein. If you have to order from here the Garlic Chicken and General Tso's are sometimes good. It can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are okay sometimes you can't believe you paid money for what you get. The Chow Mein isn't going to be what you expect and the Mongolian beef is very bland.

My wife and i were so excited to try a new dinner spot because we just moved to the area. Our first red flag was that THEY DONT TAKE DASHPASS!!!! $60 before tip for what ?? Apetizers ?? Beijing Duck 北京烤鸭 was good. I ate it all. My wife got the House Garlic Chicken 大蒜鸡 and said it was a good safe item. However, our review comes from the Xialong Bao (10)小笼包. This sucked. We love a good bao- but this was NOT good. It tasted like breakfast sausage with minimal to no soup. You're better off buying your dumps from Trader Joe's. Bao not good 2/10. Without the dumplings, 7/10.
