Food tasted great, but it seemed a little light on the broccoli. For what I paid I expected more than 4 flowerets of broccoli.

My salad was NOT as expected on the menus. I took a picture before I picked at it. 4 to 5 pieces of chicken not at all like the picture. The fixings were worse. The bacon I ordered was well overcooked. Im very disappointed. To make it worse my dessert was not in bag.

pancakes were tiny. not what is normally served with the Tremendous Twelve®. Build-A-Breakfast pancakes were even smaller. not happy at having to go to McDonalds after eating Perkins. the Apple Pie Doughnut are AMAZING. only reason I gave 3 stars. otherwise negative stars for this meal.

I ordered the Country Sausage Biscuit Breakfast and disappointed is putting it nicely. The biscuits were so hard, I had to cut them with knife. Didnt seem over cooked but rather old. I couldnt even finish it. Additionally, the hash browns were under cooked.
I understand it was a Saturday morning and this isn't a 5 star restaurant. However, for someone who isnt terribly picky nor writes reviews, ever... I'm here saying it is NOT worth $16.

They were out of everything. when orderingon the app it gives you a main meat entrand you pick two sides to go with it. I went to pik up our food and brought it back to our hotel roomand their washe meat and a huge mound of green beans. I readthe receipt and it hadwhat I chose on itso I called their ph# and asked why I didn't get the sidesI ordered and they said they were out of those sides. Instead of communicating an asking whatwe wanted as a replacement. This happened to my spouses order as well. we were traveling with another couple who ordered from their as well and the same thing happened to them. seems as though the cook/hostess/to-go prep stack need to be restrained on proper customer service skills.
