Usually, Perkins food is a great value. However, my Appetizer's Onion -Rings were slightly under cooked and tasted like pure grease.This made the other Entrees in the Appetizer taste bland.
2nd. There was no ranch dressing for the Chicken Chicken Strips Melt..I don't recall clicking the button for "no ranch."

Everytime we order for delivery, half our order is missing. This time the kid fries, side salad were missing. They did remember the ranch for the missing salad! Bacon was burnt on the BLT along with burnt toast!

Would have been 5 stars but can't order extra syrup or butter, then if you call to have them add extra told they can't and that it costs extra for those things. 4 big pancakes with 1 tiny cup of butter and 1 side of syrup is not enough. Had to toss 2 of the 4 cakes. And if you want to charge extra for those things, then make them an option to select and buy on the menu.
