they discontinued the tangy siracha and sent 5 extra pretzels and extra honey mustard that's awesome, this place is great!!

driver was great/timely but the pretzels were like. Stale/ cold? I've never ordered from here before now but they were similar to microwaved frozen pretzels. I'm not sure if that's always what they're like. Cheese dip was fine, sort of like the stuff they give you at the movie theater. I usually get auntie Anne's, that's what I'm used to, these were very hard in comparison.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the Spicy Pretzel Sausage. Pleasantly surprised it came without salt on the pretzel. I may be alone in this joy. Because I always pick all of the salt off whenever I eat a pretzel. The Cinnamon Twist with the cake batter are a must. I really wanted to like the Sm - Super Hot Mustard. Unfortunately I didn't. I didn't find it super hot or even spicy. For some else they may find it super hot. I just have a high tolerance for spicy foods. Definitely recommend this place. Delicious food great portions for the price. It's way too hot to wash dishes. So please enjoy my Fine China. Lol!

The only complaint I've ever had is that they forgot my straw, but that could have even been on the dasher. They are always fast, very nice, great pretzels, and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. I'm very happy they are down the street.

Never in my life have I experienced greater service than at the Philly Pretzel Factory. The pretzels were still fresh when they arrived and all of my food was made perfectly. They even sent some extra pretzels which I didn't order. Everything tasted amazing and I will be ordering from here again possibly for the rest of my life. There is no doubt that these are the best pretzels I have EVER tasted.
