Philz hot chocolate has always been my favorite but the last several times it has been watery and less chocolaty. Hoping this is just a fluke, waiting for it to go back to the way it was...

The burrito was sever overcooked, so hard I was able to knock on it. Not edible. They also sent a hot coffee instead of iced and the other iced drink I purchased was extremely watered down.

Very nice delivery packaging, love Phil's Coffee Beverages but I ordered a "cinnamon bun" that was infested with raisins ? Who puts raisins in a Cinnamon Roll. Be warned. I hate raisins.
