One word--- Excellent! But apparently, I have to say more lol. The Pho Ga is so flavorful, it's perfect AND no bloat! ;) Order it!

V075. Vegetarian bahn mi good bread, fresh ingredients, wish the pickled ingredients had more pickling flavor, overall sandwich lacked salt and seasoning. Good, light sandwich. Good size for price.

The V05. Tofu Spring Roll V05. 豆腐春卷 was disappointing; just tofu, rice noodles and lettuce, with no bean sprouts or mint as described. The mint is critical!
The pho was OK, nothing special (V37. Pho Tai Nam* V37. 生牛肉片和牛腩面* ) Decent portion, beef was tasty. Garnishes a little lacking (not enough lime or herbs). Broth not as rich and flavorful as I'd hoped.

Got the vegetarian bahn mi. It was okay, but very, very bland. No sauce, only unflavored tofu with some veggies. Large sandwich, though. I also got the crispy veg rolls, which were fire. 4/5 stars, would go again.

The brisket should've came raw instead of dehydrated and already cooked. Thankfully I ordered the $5 side of brisket or I would not have had the normal amount of meat that you should have at true pho restaurant. I wouldn't have gotten my $17 worth of brisket as you can tell from the photo there was like three pieces of cooked dried jerky, which is what it is. Not worth $24 this does not including that the free delivery that I got.
