Wings were big and filling (they were breaded), and not soggy. Best spring rolls I've had in Denver with deli sauce, and the pho is delicious.

The Vietnamese Egg Roll (2) were barely fried, and doughy on the inside. The Pho Brisket was disguisting and sweet. The portion is very small for 20 dollars. The broth and noodles are sweet, and the flavor of the broth is flat with no umami flavor. I've never had sweet pho, and would absolutely not recommend it. The onions were also unevenly and lazily chopped, with some slices being bigger than my chopstick. If you want Vietnamese, get it from somewhere else.

The staff were very kind when I called with questions, so I feel bad leaving a negative review, but the meal was incredibly disappointing.

I called ahead to ask about the broth in the veggie and tofu pho and was told it normally comes with beef broth, but they could make it with vegetable broth upon request. I really appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the broth was completely flavorless - it is actually clear, like hot water.

The vegetable assortment was actually good: mushrooms, carrots, jalapeños, zucchini, cabbage, bean sprouts, scallions, bok choy, and basil. But vegetables and rice noodles in what tasted like plain hot water just wasn't very appetizing.

Honestly, if you're recovering from a stomach bug and want steamed vegetables and plain noodles, this might be perfect. Otherwise, if you're vegetarian or vegan, I'd skip it.

the meat in Central Pho Brisket was super dry and overcooked. I only got a SINGLE Piece of cilantro. literally. 1 little leaf and only a couple tiny pieces of green onion. I also didn't appreciate the hole made in the lid for the broth because it got cold quicker because of this. broth flavor was good but the lack of toppings that are claimed to be included was very disappointing...

I've been feeling under the weather for the past few days. As a result, I've ordered the Central Pho Rare Beef and Brisket twice. Both times, it was so delicious and so comforting. I absolutely love the packaging of the Pho. Everything arrives fresh and hot. The broth is so flavorful. The pricing was very affordable too! The Pho is very filling too! I will definitely be ordering again! This is now my new favorite Pho spot! :)
