Soup is very nice. A little on the sweeter side. Meat cuts are quality cuts also slice well. I really enjoyed the large stalks of green onion in the soup.

I would rate it a 6.5 out of 10, it's a clean kind of broth but once you add the hoisin sauce and lime it's better. They do give you a smaller portion than other places but other than that I would recommend.

Came with all the fixings of Bun Bo Hue, even the correct kind of noodles. Very authentic, highly recommended.
