We love this place. A6. Shrimp & Pork Spring Roll (2) are amazing and sauce is perfect. P37. Meatball is good, but the portions of meat has gotten way smaller. P27. Chicken is fantastic, lots of meat. The only gripe I have is that I am allergic to cilantro and asked for no cilantro but they still added it. I couldn't eat any of the fresh onion and had to pull the noodles apart so I wouldn't eat any that were touching it. They just need to pay attention to the details.

The pho is always spot on! There's always plenty of jalapenos, sauces, lemon, and bean sprouts and the chicken and noodles are delicious. I've had multiple pho places and this is my favorite pho by far!

They made her order super quick. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because the herbs were crisp. I got a seafood pho and the seafood didn't taste fishy and had a great texture. The noodles were a little soft and broth lacked a little flavor, but still very good. Also, their Vietnamese coffee was strong and delicious.

I ordered the P26. Sirloin (Rare steak) and B73. Vermicelli w/ grilled chicken & eggroll . the pho broth was so hot and flavorful, I could have just drank that. But it had super thinly sliced, lean steak that cooked immediately upon adding it to the broth, then I added the cooked vermicelli noodles, cilantro, thinly-sliced onion, jalapeños, and bean sprouts, added the sauce that was on the side, and squeezed lemon over everything. I had to transfer it to a much larger bowl, since it was going to overflow the to-go container. I stirred it all.up, and OH MAN! It was soooo good! And so plentiful that I still have enough for at least 1 if not 2 servings. Highly recommend the pho! I haven't eaten the cold B73. Vermicelli w/ grilled chicken & eggroll yet, except I couldn't resist the eggroll and that was very crispy and flavorful and needed no dipping sauce. I've had the pork version of this before and loved it, too. It feels like such a fresh meal in the middle of winter.

The pad C3. Pad Thai special choice with Chicken, Tofu, beef was okay. A little sweet for my taste, I prefer spicy. Presentation was nice but for $25 I received maybe 5 thinly sliced pieces of chicken. It was not worth the price considering it was warm and needed to be heated up, not a good amount of chicken and no utensils or napkins provided
