The risotto was properly cooked to the perfect al dente. However, I was not a big fan of the flavor or lack of flavor. The linguine was tasty but overwhelming amount of pesto, etc., and not enough pasta. The polenta with Gorgonzola was excellent. Tiramisu really good. I prefer mine with a little bit of rum or some other alcohol in it to give it a little bite however there is delicious and proper

I can't believe how disappointing this meal was. The audacity to charge $27 for this tiny piece of flavorless Lasagna Bolognese. Look at the fork for scale. It was worse than microwave lasagna. The Prosciutto & Peas Salad was pretty good, but it came half prepared - the lettuce wasn't chopped up, it was in whole pieces. It felt like it was missing something because it was literally just peas, lettuce, and prosciutto so I added some nuts to improve it. The best thing was the Tiramisu, but again the portion felt meager. Overall, I will not be ordering from here again.

It was deliery. Polenta must have been instant. No flavor whatsoever. And its accompanying ragu? It was two tablespoons of browned ground beef. That is not a ragu. Calamari was inedible. Doordash said I would get two polenta orders for the price of one. Nope, I was charged for both. All of it went in the trash. I threw out $50!!!!! There are several very good Italian restaurants in Santa Fe. This one isn't one of them.

The bucatini was disappointing - pepper was only sprinkled on at the end as opposed to being cooked in the sauce, leaving it very mild. And the pasta was overcooked.
The entire rim of the pizza was actually black. It was a properly cooked Roman pizza and the flavors were great. But it wasn't just black bubbles on the edge of the pizza. It was just black. Tiramisu was great.
Overall, very expensive for portion size, but ingredient quality is good

So good!!! Best Caesar salad and the linguine was delicious. The addition of green beans and potatoes is wonderful.
