The grilled chicken with rice and fried was phenomenal. The food arrived still hot and you can tell the bread had just gotten out of the oven. The portions are huge for the price and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from Picnic again!

I initially noticed that my order was missing the black beans. I immediately contacted the store, and the employee who answered the phone sincerely apologized for the mistake and referred me to his manager. When I spoke with the manager, she also apologized and had an employee deliver my black beans, along with a few additional items to make up for the inconvenience.

I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the kindness shown by the staff. The chicken and ribs were also incredibly well-seasoned—10/10! Thank you again for making things right. I will definitely be ordering again!

Food is cold. Shrimp and clams were packed on the side so ALL sauce leaked out of the package. French fries were underdone. Pork Bits w/ Shrimp ( Picadinho c/ Camaraoi) chewy, very little flavor or gravy, no vegetables. Flan was paid for but not received!

The chicken and ribs were overcooked to the point where I thought I was biting a bone but it was meat. The fries were undercooked somehow, some of them were raw. And the bread roll was really chewy.
