Undercooked, soggy, no flavor. All around bad pizza, even for a chain. Pizza Hut has been in business way too long not invest in the quality of their signature product.

I'm only because I have too. This was pizza Ive had in my life. It tastes like cardboard and it was burnt. I was told by management the crust comes pre- made. The manager Rose said I have to dispute through DoorDash.
