• 9/2/26Pizza and cheese sticks were undercooked and the marinara cup is TINY for a whole order of cheese sticks. Ordered an extra one but only got 1.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent Pizza Hut order. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations in terms of freshness, portion size, taste, and order accuracy. I expected a satisfying meal prepared with fresh ingredients and the specific items I requested, but several aspects of my order were disappointing.
First, I was dissatisfied with the freshness of the pizza. The overall quality did not taste as fresh as I expected, and the texture and flavor made the meal less enjoyable. I believe customers should receive food that is freshly prepared and meets the quality standards expected from an established restaurant like Pizza Hut.Second, I was disappointed with the portion and overall value of the meal. Considering the price paid, I expected a more satisfying product with consistent quality and appropriate portions. Unfortunately, I would not order this again

• 10/7/26Personal Pan Pizza® was cooked too long. the edges were burnt. tasted like it was not as fresh as normal. tasted like it was reheated. only ate one piece. should have taken a Pic. this is not like Pizza hut. must have been a really bad evening. I'll try again one day.
