• 1/20/24Stale chicken. Did not expect this. Really bad Achari chicken pizza. We have been eating Achari chicken pizza from Herndon pizza twist which had always been upto the mark. This store's pizza had a very stale taste.

• 7/14/25The cheese on kids pizza felt like plastic and very hard. It was extremely chewy. Tried to run it from the plate under hot water, it turned into a hard lump instead of melting as the normal cheese is supposed to do. Very bad quality ingredients. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this restaurant. I called the restaurant to share this feedback - the guy thanked me for the feedback and didn't offer any support or refund.

• 5/20/23we received a luke warm pizza and barely warm Seasoned Fries we never received the bread stick. the Create Your Own Pizzatwist (Large 14") had hardly any toppings and didn't even taste tandoori. overall disappointed with this order
