The Electric Mermaid-Pitaya Bowl was fresh and delicious! I added bananas to change it up a bit. It was delivered with care from Rutherford to River Edge. Much to my surprise, it was in perfect condition and not a slurpy mess like I was expecting! LOL Five stars for the food and five stars for the service! Well done! :) THANK YOU!

Food was made so bad, barely had granola in the bowls feel like I paid an extra dollar for granola just to get the normal amount. Only gave two spoons for three bowls. Nutella bowl had barely any bananas.

The fruit was not fresh - the bananas were browning and the strawberries looked and tasted old. Also I was given an insane amount of granola which is way more than what you usually get at Playa Bowls. The granola is filling half the bowl and it feels like there's less açaí smoothie than there is granola. The granola is also like smothered in way too much honey so I just get like mouthfuls of honey and it's way too much. The quality here is so inconsistent from what I usually expect from Playa Bowls like it's not even that yummy, I don't know what happened tonight at this location just super disappointed at this expensive sweet treat.

Nutella- Acai Bowl* is top tier. their granola and acai are the perfect consistency every frickin time! and they are living up to their environmental dedication such as not using staples on their bags.

Not like the picture! Mine was missing all fruit and nutella. Besides, the açaí itself was very sweet, I am sure it was not 100% açaí, just mixed with syrup, lemon or apple juice, it just does not taste like açaí. Yuck. The granola was also extremely sweet and there was much more granola than açaí, I had to remove 1 cup of it to even see any açaí. I feel ripped off. I know açaí, I grew up with it surfing in Brazil!
