• 9/2/24Our new go to for favorite local Mexican! We have tried a few and are very particular with Mexican food, with my husband being from Veracruz. The food is excellent here. Had forgotten to take photos of the tacos but they are so good and with handmade tortillas. Large portions and the flavor is on point. So good!

• 5/29/26Taco salad is not worth it, even a little bit. They can't bother to even fill the taco shell with lettuce; the tomato is just a giant chuck; queso put on the bottom of the salad which soaked the shell and made it impossible to eat. Overall a terrible experience, so not recommend.

• 6/23/24Craving all 3 proteins, chicken, steak and shrimp so I ordered the Lunch the Best of Plaza Degollados. It was seasoned well, and was sizzling hot. Served with melty cheese sauce and California vegetables. Comes with a side of pico de gallo, sour cream, rice and beans and warm tortillas.

• 11/23/25By far the best Mexican food in the area. We probably order from here once a week. The Chile Colorado with the Queso Fundido mixed with the Mexican Guacamole the greatest trio of foods ever to come together.

• 5/22/23I have order the Fajita Quesadilla about 3 times a weeks for a few weeks now. It is out standing. The cheese sauce is a great touch. The amountof meat and onions you get for the price is incredible. This is my favorite place in all of Norfolk to eat at.
