• 5/24/25Overall very flavorful, authentic Mexican food. The Mexican Street Style Tacos were delicious - I had pastor and bistec. Chalupas Laura(3) were good, but didn't have much to them. I would have liked more onions, peppers, maybe some protein on them as well? The Beef Chimichanga was big, definitely priced well for its size! Unfortunately, even though it is fried, the chimichanga is smothered in sauce - definitely soggy by the time you get it. Wish they would put the sauce on the side for takeout orders. Guacamole was fresh and homemade. I would definitely order here again, but probably try some different dishes this time.

• 1/22/23Birria tacos (3) - cold. Very little meat. Consumme was greasy.
Cheese Sauce - very small container for $3 and it had no taste whatsoever.
Chips and Salsa. - chips were greasy and tasted old. Salsa was watery and not flavorful.
We were extremely disappointed with this meal. This restaurant has always served amazing food so it shocked us that this time was as bad as it was.

• 7/13/25Lived in San Diego for about 10 years and became addicted to Carne Asada , nothing compared to west coast Mexican food until now. Delish! Food tastes fresh. A solid amount of onions, cilantro, beans & rice! Their verde salsa is also really good. 10/10 would order again!

• 3/13/24Normally I get my birria off a food truck but unfortunately they were closed so I decided to go through this restaurant unfortunately the birria tacos were extremely small and didn't contain much meat or cheese the taste was decent but not worth the price when I can get ones that are double the size for a dollar less
