Food was still piping hot when it arrived. The chips and wings were perfect! Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Couldn't have asked for anything better. 10/10!

The wings were cold and lacked flavor. I requested them extra crispy, but they appeared undercooked, as if they were only lightly fried. This was disappointing, as it did not meet basic expectations for quality and food safety. I recommend reviewing preparation procedures to ensure food is cooked properly and served hot. I would also advise customers to check their orders before leaving.

Half of our wings were tiny and oddly shaped. We eat at Pluckers regularly so we know how they should be. Do not waste your money ordering online. Probably won't go back for a while.

I loved what I received except NO UTENSILS, Kids Buffalo Bites and Kids Grilled Cheese Very Good and tasty. THANK YOU Pluckers!!! OH MAN, and those Fried Oreo's Perfect, ice cream included..mmmmmmmmmmm..!!!
