Always fresh, always delicious. The vegetables are crisp, the fish is high quality, and everything tastes amazing. One of the best sushi spots around!

Poké Rock is one of my go-to spots for build-your-own sushi bowls. The fish always tastes incredibly fresh, and every bowl is consistently amazing. You can really tell they care about quality and flavor

One of my new favorites. Large enough for lunch or dinner. Fresh fish has been better quality than several of the sushi restaurants in town.

To be clear, I have no problem paying $20 for a salad. But the Creamy Sesame Chicken Salad is what I'd expect from McDonalds...and would still be disappointed. Overpiced, oversalted, watery dressing and poor quality chicken. The Lion King was also sub bar. Ate a few bites and tossed the rest. The Macaroon Ice Cream was the only bright spot. Hard pass.
