I decided to give Pollo Campero a try this time. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, but it’s different from traditional fried chicken. The coating is lighter and has more of a roasted texture than a crispy fried one. It was a little saltier than I prefer, but still enjoyable.
The Jamaica drink was refreshing with a nice sweet-and-tangy flavor, and the fried plantains were soft, sweet, and one of my favorite parts of the meal. The promotion of 2 free pieces of chicken with a $15 purchase was also a great deal and added good value.
Overall, it was a satisfying meal. I personally still prefer crispier fried chicken, but I’d definitely come back for the plantains, the Jamaica drink, and the great promotions. 🍗🥤🍌

If they ever go out of business..I truly would be sad, because THIS Is the Best Fresh Fried Cripsy Tasteful Chicken... Trjust me they dont miss as my son would say," Daddy, Campero Chicken...Bussin!!" OH the price is just right for the potions and the sides..

Oh my stars and garters this place is the best! The 12 Piece Family Meal was so fresh and tasty. Even the cole slaw slapped!

12 Pieces - Chicken Only mixed, fried was "okay" , grilled not so much..9 Campero Nuggets (100% White Meat) nuggets were tiny and hard.. 1st time, last time, disappointed! ☹️ (would not let me add the photos.
