The food arrived warm and seemed to be packaged well. Foodwise, the chicken had a tasty seasoning on it. Salsas were good. Limes and griled onions were included. The only surprise I had was the meat portion of the Regio Platter. We got the mixed meat and when we opened it, we thought they had forgot to pack the meat for the order. We eventually found it in ine if the containers but the portion was small for what we were expecting. Otherwise, everything else was good. We'd order here again.

Loaded Potato is the best in Houston, I think. It comes mostly out of the peel with all the fixin's on it , placed on some foil in a plastic container. I ordered some extra nacho cheese to pour on it. Much better than an undercooked potato with barely any toppings on it.

The Chicken Flautas were very dry and overcooked. The refried beans and rice were good, though. Portion sizes were nice, and all the sides like lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, and cheese were all included and individually wrapped to ensure freshness . I appreciate the attention to detail.👍

The Grilled Chicken 4 PC itself was a little dry even though Iordered dark meat. Also, there's very littlemeat on the chicen itself. The refried beans are rice we're good. I love the Salsa Habanero. The Guacamole was good and the Jalapeño Pepper .

The most delicious chicken we have had in awhile. It is extremely flavorful, juicy, delicious. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be ordering from Pollo Regio regularly. The sides, sauces, and tortillas were also yummy!
