Tried the Ropa Vieja Tropichop-- very good!I will order the same again, maybe the large size which makes two meals for me.
Order was delivered in a timely manner. I do wish there was a box to check, for customers not needing straws, paper napkins nor plastic cutlery.

Iordered the Original Family Meal, Apple Juice, & the Fried Yuca. everything was cooked to perfection, Freshness was apparent, and full of flavor. My only disappointments were minor things that I'm only mentioning so that they may provide some of the best fast food service in the industry... the Meal didn't bring 4 rolls and I received no utensils with my Meal.

The chicken was dry and they didn't put the black beans that I ordered. The chicken usually takes good but today I was told by my family that it tasted like old leftovers. None of the dishes I ordered had the black beans we ordered and all the chicken was dry and old tasting. The soup bowl was filled half way and only had two tiny pieces of chicken. We also ordered the vegetarian tropic chop. It was the same price even though it didn't have chicken which is fine but they barely put any rice and veggies in the bowl. The bowl looked empty. They should put a little more veggies and rice since there is no chicken, a Hand full of rice for $10 seems like a rip off. I won't be ordering from here again.

Excellent taste, everything was perfect. The packaging and the details make the delivery experience so much better. The portions were really good and for sure we'll order it again!

while the food tastes decent, don't expect to get all the sauces for each entrée. they only sent 2 and the containers are tinnny. half the Sweet Plantains were burnt, which sometimes works wth Plantains but this was just straight burnt.
