The food was warm and really yummy! The chicken was juicy and had a nice lemony flavor to it. I got the potato wedges as a side and they were perfectly crisp. The lemonade is perfectly tart.

The Grillmaster trio meat was dry , like chewing saw dust. Portions small, churros Steak pretty much non existent. The Chorizo sausage , trying to one up a Popeyes biscuit. Fries cold.
Pineapple Lemonade was good. The Key Lime Pie was perfect.

The chicken (WHITE MEAT) was awfully dry.
It had been sitting on the grill for a while.
The flavor of the beans was bland.
The bread was good....
I am very disappointed in this meal.
Pollo Tropical has changed for the worst.

Classic TropiChop® was basically only rice and beans. BARELY any chicken or corn. This location used to be good but lately has been skimping. Waste of money.

It was pretty Good especially the chicken and Beans the rice was undercooked. Great portions and taste fresh chicken as long as they cook the rice well enough. I would recommend and order again
