• 2/27/23the chicken was overcooked and super dry. burned on the bottom. the plantains were burnt to a crisp. the veggie tropi chop was a lukewarm mess. only thing good was the flan.

• 9/3/25Ordered tropichop with tomato , onion, black beans, white rice & chicken. I received no tomatoes but corn, four pieces of chicken and a few onions. The store is getting worse by the day. At least they lost a customer.
