This particular Popeyes store seems to nearly always make a mistake with the order. This time an entire 3pc tenders combo was missing. Also, they don't seem to have the timer or temp right on the fryer. The crust was overcooked and the chicken dried out. This seems to be an ongoing issue.

My biscuits came in a cut container with a drink lid covering it, to be honest if it wasn't such a funny alternative I'd be a lot more mad considering they were stale and hard and out of the container in the bag. Chicken was good tho

Ordered a 16 piece family meal and only received 12 pieces most of them being the smallest pieces you can get.

Food was not fresh despite them just opening at 10:30 am . Biscuits are rock hard, chicken tastes like leftovers from the night before.
