3pc 3Pc Signature Chicken Dinner was good but you got my side wrong. I got fries, I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders Dinner was good. Side item was correct on this. Red Beans & Rice as always was delicious! Please revisit the recipe for your biscuits cause they are dry as the Sahara desert.

When we went to pick this order up - we were handed 2 bags and told to have a good night. Thankfully we checked the bags before we left because the 16 pc chicken tenders, dipping sauces and the red beans were not present. I stayed at the window for a good minute trying to gain attention - tooted the horn and no one came - i had to hold it down for a moment - I was then told - im am sorry we only have spicy chicken and potatoes. We were given the chicken, sauces and potatoes. We brought it home and it was like tiny pieces, bottom of the barrel-which I understand it was the end of the evening but at least toss a few extra in there - my god you nearly gave us 0....these tender pieces were like nugget size.
Slow down, pay attention, breathe. No, I will probably not order from here again. They were sweet gals, just a bit clueless about service.

Chicken, bland. Red beans & rice, bland. Biscuits were hard. I ordered a large side and got two small ones instead. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have ordered this exact item numerous times and the last few times they have not given us the biscuits that are included. I could easily get a 7 piece tender and side from chicken express for almost $10 cheaper than buying it from Popeyes and they include my biscuits/rolls. This store is terrible.

For the price paid, you'd expect the container to be full. Common sense would have you put the gravy in a separate container. How are you supposed to serve a few individual portions from a large mashed potato with only a spoonful of gravy on top?
