The best hot dogs! I loved the Chili Cheese Dog and Fries. The Chees Sauce was perfect. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was delicious. The Onion Rings were crunchy. The portions were perfect. Everything was fresh and packaged well. We will be back!

I want REAL GOLD writing for this review because Portillo's is the GOLD STANDARD for an Italian Beef Sandwich! I got mine with sweet and hot peppers. The peppers were pickled and I love pickled peppers. I would pick a peck if I could. I also got the CRISPY crinkle fries with cheese sauce which looked like liquid gold. I like the crinkles because it traps the cheese onto the fry. You get a straight fry and the cheese slides off. Very GENIUS concept!

Packaged very well. Not enough Hot Peppers on the Italian Beef Sandwich but everything arrived hot, no spills. They added all of my extra sauces. Fries were hot and crispy! The onion rings were delicious with the Giardiniera Sauce. My order was accurate and handled with care.

I normally order my sandwiches and don't have a complaint but my sandwich I ordered yesterday was very skimpy and I was not satisfied at all and they charge $16 for a sandwich. They did put it in the juice so it didn't put no juice on it the bread was kind of hard because it is Italian breadwas the worst sandwich I had ever had

I ordered the Italian beef sandwich and to be as blunt as possible; the limited time Italian beef sandwich from Arby's was better. I took 2 bites of this and threw it away. The meat is bland and dry, the gravy doesn't even help. And the bread... the second you dip the sandwich it's completely mush. So I just spent $27 on fries and a drink. Save your money or buy a hotdog/cheeseburger.
