The only reason I gave two stars is because the soup was good. Other than that, the sandwich was horrible. It had maybe 3 pieces of thin meats and a piece of cheese. Zero condiments! I would NEVER order a sandwich from this place again.

The DoorDash app and potbelly's offered a two for one deal on the wreck but didn't give options to add veggies so I wrote in "normal veggies but no pickles " and I got just meat and cheese (horrible) same thing with the farmhouse salad- didn't give ability to adjust the salad so I wrote no blue cheese add avocado .. I would've paid the extra for it if it allowed me to edit it but nope.. they didn't give it to me ... also the cucumbers on the salad and lettuce is wilted. Just so disappointed because we like potbelly's when it's from a different location. Sad.

judging by the picture I thought it was gonna be good, but when I opened up the wrapper at first I thought sent me just toasted bread. I opened the sandwich up and it was like 1 slice of each meat and 3 small pieces on salami or pepperoni and a small piece of swiss. no lettuce no tomato like in the picture. it was the same for the other 3 sandwiches I ordered. 1 star because i can't leave 0

Receipt clearly says no mushrooms and its loaded with mushrooms. Barely any meat on the sandwhich. Terribly made.
