This was the driest meatball sub I’ve ever had, barely any sauce at all. The bread was white and dry on the inside, completely lacking any sauce to moisten it. The flavor was minimal, and the cheese was dried out and plasticky. The bread was chewy, stale, and the whole sandwich cold. The delivery was fast, so it must have been sitting out long before I even ordered it. 1 star for being a decent size portion. I thought a Mama's Meatball sub was a safe choice, but this was a huge letdown. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The sandwich is just ok, nothing to write home about. There are pieces of other ingredients that I did not order. The bread was over toasted, i.e. burnt. The dreambars are just ok too. I'm not really impressed with the food. It's been years since I had potbelly, but they are the only place I could find that doesn't put onion in the tuna salad. Won't be ordering here again.

I always order the same thing, the Smoked Ham sandwich, with varying toppings and a different side or desert. Every time it's made perfectly, and it's still warm when it arrives. I'll be ordering again soon.
