Italian was very small for the price, mostly lettuce.
Cold Brew Shake was basically just coffee flavored whipped cream.
For the lack of substance and hefty prices, just go to Subway instead.

I got a big Prime Rib Steak and it didn't really feel like it justified the price tag. Not really all that bigger than the original (meant to be a third bigger, no?). Maybe it's just the door dash tax or whatever but I won't be ordering that size again.

I ordered Bacon Lettuce Tomato sub didn't like it at all. The mayonnaise didn't have good taste and seemed like they were afraid to put bacon on it.

The food is great (the pot pie soup is phenomenal)! And it is less expensive than other places with similar fare.

The Italian is my go-to. Potbelly is the best, there is no comparison. Consistently good, and never skimps on toppings. We are so lucky to have this in Orlando. If you've never tried their sandwiches, do it - you won't be disappointed.
