the food is amazing, however I've ordered plenty of times and never had an issue, this time I didn't receive my chocolate shake and my sandwich was only a half sandwich my total order was 38 dollars door dash refunded me 8 dollars for not receiving my shake but I still paid 30 dollars for half a sandwich which is insane to me!!!! tried to call the store regarding the sandwich got no answer. little upset with my order.

I received less than 1/2 a cup of cool, Broccoli Cheddar soup. The sandwich tasted really good, but was also not very warm. My dasher arrived timely, so that wasn't the issue. Potbelly's is usually reliable, but someone was slipping today.

I got the Italian and I hardly call it a sandwich. All the meat combined was about 1/8th of an inch while the rest was just bread. Lemon Cheesecake Cookie was 10/10 and love the Zapp's VooDoo Heat Chips which you don't see much at sandwich shops.

Forgot drink and chips, want a refund and the skinny sandwiches are extremely small. The pickle was bigger than the sandwich.

you need to disclose what type of mustard it is that you're giving. this Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup is inedible to me because I can't eat horseradish mustard. I can eat regular mustard, which is what I thought I ordered because that's how it was listed "Mustard." - the cup of soup was okay, but definitely not enough for a meal on its own.
on the Italian apparently the bread was very hard and there were issues eating it.
