Usually the açaí bowls are pretty good. They didn't add the nut butter this time which is the best part. Wouldn't be a big deal but these Original Acai Bowl are so expensive.

Huge pockets of this powder were in my Tropical Beauty Bowl. I know it's supposed to be blended in and it usually is but not this time. Every other bite has these clumps of powder in it.

I'm leaving this review because what I got today was unacceptable.
I ordered an açaí bowl with mango topping and the mango was spoiled. Not “slightly off.” Actually rotten. Sour smell, mushy texture, and clearly something that should never have been served. The moment I opened the container the odor was enough to make me push it away.
This isn’t just bad quality. It’s careless. Serving fruit that’s obviously gone bad tells me no one is checking ingredients before they hand food to customers. It made me question the rest of what I was eating.
I’m extremely disappointed and honestly pretty shocked this made it out of the kitchen. If you’re charging premium prices for açaí bowls, the absolute minimum is fresh ingredients and basic food safety.
I won’t be ordering again unless I see that the place takes this seriously and fixes their quality control. This experience was a complete waste of money and trust.
