Princi has definitely upped their game with the new menu and prices. The Chicken Parmesan Pizza was amazing! Perfect crust and perfect toppings.

I've ordered from Princi many times and their food is always excellent. But my order tonight was awful. Bolognese sauce was watery, noodles were not cooked right and because they were out of bruschetta (tomatoes, cheese, bread) they sent some type of flatbread pizza which was terrible - and charged me for it. Very disappointed. It will be a long while before I try them again.

For a Parmesan Crusted Halibut, it was swimmming in so much butter sauce and soggy...and the garlic was so overpowering that you could not enjoy the taste of the other food. I would not recommend this. I expect higher standards, especially at that price point.

Dasher had to wait twice as long as told but he did his best after pickup. Food arrived here cold, dry and terrible. The orrecchiette is usually my favorite but the pasta was tough & undercooked, the kale was so bitter and stringy and sausage tasted weird. I was afraid to eat it! Other two pasta dishes were basically two dry spaghettis. I couldnt even tell which dish was which ! $80 for this dinner! So disappointed.
