The Smoky Chicken Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla had a minimum of cheese inside, but nothing else was in there, especially no chicken. For this reason, it was not very filling as a lunch without any protein. It was all tortilla, with the two little sides.

I ordered chips and queso along with a chicken bowl, Im confused as to why my chip bag wasnt full & it was NOT EDIBLE my chips were BEYOND STALE on top of the fact I received some type of PLASTIC paper thing in my bag ? Absolutely unacceptable my bowl barley had any of the toppings I ordered on it. I dont know who is fixing the food but the ingredients arent coming out of your pockets personally PUT ENOUGH TOPPINGS ON MY MEAL, you are a chain establishment there is no reason why any paying customer should have this many issues with a meal. I called the store asking to speak to a manager & was left on hold for 20minutes & hung up because nobody came to the phone, not to mention this isnt the 1st time you all have slacked , do your job better because you know good & well you would have a problem if someone dare served you something like that

I got the Create Your Own Bowl. They forgot the guacamole and the cotija cheese and the cutlery. They also went very light on the chicken, shredded cheese and queso. All was listed on the receipt on the lid. Also did not have it in a sealed bag. Really bad today. Not sure what happened. It's been good lately, but today was disappointing.

will not order by Door Dash again. apparently, if you don't watch them assemble your meal, you don't get what you ordered. Ordered double beef bowl, got a rice bowl with a few beans and maybe a scant tablespoon of beef.
