• 9/1/24Usually really enjoy their food but the order that came today was perplexing. Half portion for full price , very salty pickled onions (?!?) and they didn't include a couple items in the bowl that were selected. Like I said, usually really good but this was an anomaly that was very disappointing.

• 2/27/26first time ever ordering it, all my coworkers say its better than Chipotle. never had Chipotle but I am picky about my food especially when it comes to prices. I dont particularly like the prices, but the food isnt bad. the bowl was pretty stacked and solid. the salad was mid, expected more for the price and it was put on the bottom so it got all hot and wilted. this couldve been a dasher issue but thecheese spilled and got everywhere-they also didnt pack ANY silverware?? spilled cheese wouldnt have been too big of an issue but they dont give you any napkins or silverware. big bowl was solid, salad was mid, chips and cheese was fine but the packaging and the way it was packed made it spill. other than that I probs woul order it again

• 1/28/23Should have learned a lesson the last time. Either this place is about to go out of business or they don’t care. Either way I legit just spent $16 on a steak burrito that was literally as small as a Taco Bell burrito. The rice was undercooked and crunchy and the chips are stale. This is the second time over ordered and gotten garbage. Lesson learned if I want Qdoba I’ll go to one in a different city. Garbage.

Create Your Own Bowl small and fajita veggie was more in my bowl and they were cut super big and none cooked
Side of Guacamole didn't receive it at all I give this order 4 out of 10 please do better no napkins or no utensils in the bag for the amount of money I spent for this order I'm very disappointed

• 4/19/26its fine, but for the price you expected they load it up more. I paid for extra queso and extra chicken, about 5$ for EXTRA chicken, and they NEVER honor it. ive compared the extra serving of protein with coworkers who order the same thing but no extra protein and idk why but I never get whatI paid for. I wanna like it, but theyre skimming out on things paid extra for
