I've ordered here a few times and they've been great for ordering for myself. Today I ordered for myself and coworkers. I ordered the Cholula® Hot & Sweet Chicken Bowl and the ticket printed burrito (please get that fixed, it happened the last time as well). The steak bowl never arrived and was printed on the original ticket. I did the re order through the app and the steak bowl was still missing. I did get my bowl remade since I did report it was missing lettuce, but the veggies are charred???? I appreciate the large queso and chips. I don't review normally and I've worked in food service before. I hate to leave a negative review. I don't recommend group orders for this store-- it seems way more inconsistent and it overwhelms the system.

Delicious well portioned fresh chips 10/10 would order again always well worth the price (sometimes could use a little more lime salt on chips but never a deal breaker)

My nachos are always fire. Enough to get me full & then some. The chips are sooo good. I'm gonna be sad when they take the habanero lime steak away. Probably ordering for dinner as well lmao Kidding. Kinda.

Requested sour cream, shredded cheese, and cotija cheese on my custom bowl. I got about a teaspoon of sour cream, a light sprinkle of shredded cheese, no cotija cheese visible anywhere. Thanks, I loved paying $20 for this.
For reference, I've ordered Qdoba at about 4 different locations across the US on a recent road trip and haven't been skimped this hard before.

the queso has separated so I got mostly water. the bowl was off not bad but like something should not have been in there. I ordered extra protein and feel I did not get a regular portion. chips were bla.
