Really love the Pappardelle Bolognese and used to order this often, but find the pasta is often undercooked. Please be more diligent in cooking the pasta so that it does not remain hard to chew.

Amazing carpaccio! horrible polenta fries!! The polenta clearly had not chilled all the way and I do believe the oil was hot enough. They were like hockey pucks!

The Pappardelle Bolognese sauce was too sweet. I suspect that they put ketchup in it! I don't eat ketchup!

Small portions of the Ravioli Zita E Basta. Was expecting same portion as dinning in at the restaur ant.
