Very good customer service!! The food was hot and pleasing!! The CHICKEN CARBONARA was very fresh and wholesome, especially the bread!!

Extremely disappointing. A complete waste of money.
I would not recommend this place and will not be ordering from here again. Every single item we ordered was bad enough that it ended up in the trash. That is unacceptable.
The TURKEY & CHEESE KIDS MEAL tasted like the turkey had gone bad. There was also an absurd amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich, literally dripping out of the bottom. It was completely unappetizing.
The TURKEY BACON GUACAMOLE sandwich was even worse. The bread was absolutely soaked and mushy to the point that you could barely pick up the sandwich without it falling apart. The avocado had an awful, off taste that made it seem like it had turned or was no longer fresh.
The PRETZ BITES were rock hard, and the dipping sauce was so overwhelmingly vinegary that it was nearly inedible. It also had an odd taste that made me question its freshness.

I truly appreciate the fact that I was unable to ask for extra of something via the app so I called the store and the kind gentleman that answered was happy & more than anything accommodating! I have been ordering from this store for many years and will continue to do so for as long as I can.. Thank you to the young man who helped me today and thank you for an amazing sandwich!

The sand which was snack sized, not even a half of a sub. Quite overpriced with no clear option as to sand which size while ordering. Salad was well priced, food was otherwise enjoyable.

TOTS were PERFECT! PEPPERCO STEA SUB cou ha definitely u mor PEPPERCORN SAUCE, otherwise sub was perfect & made to order as I requested.. there was no available option to request extra sauce on the sub or or the side which would have made me super happy.. always love this store & its cleanliness & have always been a fan of this particular sub!
