• 2/1/24Bought two build your own bowls with tonkotsu broth, char siu, egg, corn, and green onion. I'm just passing throughthe area and needed some good dinner, saw this place on the way in. Noodles were firm and delicious, char siu was thinly sliced but tender. Loved the egg! A nice surprise on our trip.

• 6/26/25This was so good, broth was so rich and flavorful. All the ingredients were fresh. The portions are just right, if you want more noodles, you can add it. Customization is an option with Build Your Own Bowl and the Gyoza was delicious even more with the sauce. I definitely want another bowl.

• 10/10/25Shouout to whomever made my order, because they were kind enought to tape the broth container so it wouldn't spill. The ramen is great and the tonkotsu with garlic oil hits superbly.

• 2/25/23Blown away by this place. I got The Angry Chicken bowl and my boyfriend built his own and both of us couldnt get enough! We even loved the to-go bowls they have, kept everything separate until it arrived and we combine it all ourselves. What a neat concept. Loved the flavors and the portion sizes. Will definitely be ordering again!

• 6/17/25The Build Your Own Bowl is great! I ordered it with shoyu, or a soy based broth, tofu, 2 soft boiled eggs, veggies, and a side of the spocymuso paste to taste it before adding . It is nice that they separate the toppings from the broth so you can add them yourself.
