If you pay for extra anything they will skimp you. Don't bother. I called the store and asked how much extra pork I was supposed to get for the add on and I didn't get what I paid for. They intentionally skimp to go orders.

I always get the miso-hot, I'd recommend getting right to eating it when it arrives because the broth is a little creamy and it'll separate if you let it sit. Plenty of food but I always get rice to add to the bowl after I ate most of the noodles and pork

I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I order ramen almost weekly from here both from Doordash and for pickup. That being said, I'm probably going to stop. The quality has gone down significantly the last several times I've ordered. I order the #3 MI-SO-NOT (Tonkotsu). The broth has very little flavor now, they are including fewer noodles (which are also overcooked and stuck together) and less protein, while upping the filler cabbage. The protein also seems to have been undercooked the last two times as well. The Gyoza was fine but the ramen is going downhill. Bummed because I loved this place! 😔

Meat was undercooked so I couldn't even eat the food. I did try the broth and it was very bland and way too creamy. They didn't even fill the container with broth. The portion size was small. Very disappointed since I've heard such good things about this place. Won't order again.
