• 7/10/24Best BBQ in Redmond... or Bend tbh... Tri tip and brisket were perfect! Moist, fall off the bone, and flavorful! Honestly, it makes other, more established bbq places look pretty weak, (sorry Baldys.) Portion sizes are good, I'm stuffed!

• 7/26/24Best BBQ I have had in a long time, probably since I left the South * Georgia * The coleslaw was to die for. The only thing I didn't like was the Olives in the potato salad. but I picked them out, and the dish itself was delicious and flavorful, especially with the pickles. I had the Tri Tip and pulled pork , hubby had the brisket. both give a 5 star. We will be back.

• 12/6/24It was ok. Out of all 3 meats, the ribs were the best. and they were just ok. Brisket was mostly fat. Tri tip was mostly dry and flavorless. BBQ sauces helped, but not by much. The two sides, macaroni salad, and potato salad were relatively flavorless as well. The additional side of beans I ordered was only half filled in the container, but I was ok with that because they weren't very good and I didn't eat them anyway. I ordered this thru DoorDash and it was all cold when it arrived, so I can't say that it was restaurant fault, but it added to the negative experience.

• 8/17/23So far I've had the Smoked Tri-Tip and the Smoked Chicken, both were tender and the chicken was delightfully juicy and flavorful.
The sides I've tried listed from most favorite are the baked beans ( the pineapple make the beans so delicious), the coleslaw (the seasoning is like a Cajun rub that compliments the crisp cabbage), and lastly the corn salad which was great but was a little too creamy for my taste but would still order it again.
So far this is hands down the best BBQ in town, eat here and get full on premium food without breaking the bank

• 8/19/25Ribs were great according to my Grandma, sude Beans were decent. Brisket was fatty and tender (which I like personally). Their BBQ sauce great. The 5th star was for the extra little hookup the awesome lady gave me. Thanks!
