Everything was tops: top quality, top flavor, top preparation, top service, and great prices. I had the Pesto Broccoli Scramble Sandwich for the first time. I have never ate broccoli with such relish and murmurs of delight. And they are eco-intentional as well. What a great restaurant!
I would have added photos but by the time I thought of it there was absolutely nothing left to capture. The eating was too delightful and engrossing.

The incredibly delicious egg white omelet ihas become my go-to breakfast favorite. It is so light and fluffy that it seems as though the egg whites have been beaten. The bacon is thick and chewy, just the way I like it, and the candied bacon is like crack it's so addictive, so be warned! The hand -dipped French toast topped with real maple syrup and strawberries is also delicious.
Red Eye Cafe offers an outstanding breakfast at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Soup, salad, sandwich meal at $9.35 is more than a good deal. Red Eye's high standard of fresh healthy ingredients and tasty food were upheld. Every item was good. This meal was a real treasure and I will purchase it again. Red Eye Cafe is becoming one of my handful of go to places. Thank you all for your excellence.

yummm the Omelet was so delicious. I ordered it with spinach, shallots, and shitakes- perfect combo. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and a very flavorful accompaniment.
