5 stars of excellence! Manager made my day by food being so delish. First time in a year I ate a biscuit as it was baked to perfection. Also food was packed so well. Just amazing made my day I need this win! Thank you Red Lobster!

We always love ordering here and even dining in. Fish and Chips are always great. Shrimp Linguini Alfredo has a bigger portion that can be good for two. Our order always comes with free biscuits which my kids really love. Dockside Cheddar Burger with fries are great as well.

The rice in the jambalaya was undercooked. The macaroni and cheese was terrible. There was hardly any cheese. It was very dry. The green beans were overcooked. My daughter disliked it so much, she chose to go to bed hungry. It ended up in the garbage. They also forgot to include the drink that was supposed to be part of the meal. The mussels were underwhelming and a very small portion for the price. I've had several issues with the food from this restaurant before. The prices are sky high compared to other restaurants so it's insulting when the food is substandard. No more chances, I will never order from this restaurant again. They have lost my business.
I also want to mention that despite my specific instructions, your delivery driver left the food on the ground outside my door. Disgusting!! I have a bench, two chairs and a table on the porch. Why would your driver ignore my specific instructions and leave it on the ground? I had to include this statement here because you don't have anywhere for customers to leave comments about drivers.

So this is my first time eating Red Lobster in 25 years. And I was extremely hesitant to place this order. I wasn't expecting Erie Street quality pasta. I set my expectations so low. Upon orderng, I even called the host and asked if he could communicate to kitchen that to the best of their ability, to please attempt to cook the pasta Il Dente, and to not drown the pasta in oil. Not only is the pasta so overcooked that it is disintegrating, but it is swimming in oil. Additionally, I counted 4 pieces of "lobster" meat. Thankfully I ordered a side of grilled shrimp. Never again, as long as I am alive, will I eat a meal from Red Lobster again. I just can't.

2.5 stars really. Overall, the food was fine. Unfortunately, the Tilapia was dry except for the thicker part. The Admirals feast was done well; good flavours for both dishes. But the biggest issue was that the meals were placed in aluminum containers that were much too large for the portions, causing food to mix together. This was mainly an issue with the Tilapia dish, as the containers of mashed potatoes and dressing were put in with the food. Not really happy with that decision...Also, the order took twice as long as first estimated.
