There's some about the sourdough crust and the freshness of the sauce. It all pairs perfectly and melts in your mouth. The crust is so light and flaky, not too chewy or crunchy. I usually don't even eat the crust, but I ended up eating all of it. Best pizza I've had in Denver. By far!

The Pumpkin Pie tasted good but showed up cold and kind of soggy. We had to reheat it in a pan. The same for the Garlic Knots.
The Caesar Salad was small and the dressing was pretty flavorless. The croutons were really hard and didn't tasted like much. Definitely wouldn't order again. $13 for that was a stretch.

The Fried Artich Focacciaoke was soaked in oil with the bottom half of the bread being soggy. The artichokes over fried and just overall gross. Didn't taste any jalapeños.
Pizza was ordered with basil and it had 5 individual pieces so not even each piece had basil. And the $3 Pepperoncini consisted of a portion cup containing 5 slices of pepper.

We are obsessed with Redeemers! Such good Za. Quality every time is consistent and worth the penny! Their ranch is fresh and homemade, so delish. The chili honey is such an elevated addition to the pizza as well. We order from here at least twice a month <3

I ordered the Cacio e Pepe and it was absolutely one of the best pizzas I have ever had. This is no exaggeration. The dough had a hint of salt, was fluffy, and pastry-like. The cheese, sauce, and pepper combination were perfectly balanced. This is truly a pie that you must try. I will get this every time I visit Denver.
