• 8/8/26I've ordered from Revolution Barbeque in the past. But today they went over and beyond. They gave me a great delicious fatty portion of brisket that was the best I've had from them so far. There ribs were fall off the bone tender. This is the first time I've ever had there chocolate cake. The cake was moist. The frosting was sweet but not too sweet. It was a perfect balance of the two that easily rivals my favorite chocolate cake from Portillos. Order from Revolution BBQ. You will not be disappointed. Hands down the best BBQ restaurant in Lafayette.

• 10/3/25First time order. Wow! MUCH better than City Barbeque. Generous portions of meat. Perfectly cooked. Interesting presentation of cornbread but very tasty. Definitely will order again and try other menu items.

• 3/15/26I wasn't pleased with the seasoning they used for their ribs. And their style of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese was too gourmet for my taste pallet. I felt the food was too revolutionary for my liking. They did a very good job preparing the food; I just believe it just wasn't for me. Pork Ribs, Gruyere, Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese. I don't think I would order from here again. This was my second time; the portions were very large, though. A third time won't be on my dance card. However, that will leave more food for everyone else. The food was fresh, though.

• 3/14/26The brisket got some real tenderism, and the sauce that comes with it hits just right. I can't wait to try more of their menu.
Mac n' cheese could use a little more seasoning, but their potato salad was amazing.

• 7/29/26I ordered only the 1/4 lb Brisket. The others in my group order got things Im allergic to. My brisket was packaged with another group members food. Due to my allergy, I couldnt even try it. So disappointed as it looked good. Im post bariatric surgery and that brisket would have been able to be my next 3 or 4 meals.
