RICO Peruvian Chicken
Our RICO Peruvian chicken is sourced from Windberry Farms in Abbotsford, British Columbia, where certified organic chickens are raised with a strong commitment to animal welfare, quality, and transparency. We receive bi-weekly deliveries to ensure every bird arrives exceptionally fresh. Each chicken is marinated for 24 hours in yogurt and our very-own spice blend, allowing the flavours to deeply penetrate while naturally tenderizing the meat. When an order comes in, the chicken is roasted in an intensely hot oven, creating a beautiful chart on the outside while sealing in its natural juices for a deeply flavourful, juicy finish.
