Bland. The brisket fajita meat tasted like it was boiled without any seasoning. The salsa was basically tomato juice. Only flavor besides the cheese in the queso bowl with picadillo meat was salt... lots of it! Won't be ordering or dining at Rio Mambo again.

Food quality has drastically decreased. $27 fajitas for 3 slivers of chicken and 3 slivers of beef. Did not receive the appetizer and paid $15 for 1 flauta that was cut up.

The Chalupas Elegante were great the first time I had them, this 2nd time was very disappointed. The chorizo was very dry and hard and not much of it. Nothing like the last time at all. Chalupas Elegante

The de la De la Casa Nachos were good. However, the way they were put in the container was awful! They were all stacked on top of each other. They need to either get a larger container for nachos OR use two containers so not to have them all crammed on top of each other. Very disappointed.
